What We Do

We build Assessment Reports - We go through a step-by-step process to achieve IT success for you. First, we take up Assessment of your IT Department – its assets primarily and people too optionally. We produce a 'Myriad Star Assessment Report' for you that you can use as Blue Print for Success from IT. It will have advice built on – how to derive the maximum benefit with in situ assets, hardware, software and personnel, skill upgrades if any. It will contain a solution to cross that one hurdle between current situation to your next level of IT success. An optional ROI statement is produced for benefitting implementation. Execute Implementations - A customer challenge is often solved quickly by designing a Project or Two before embarking on Product Development. Assessments are part of our Project work. We work with customers in implementing products or to provide services. Engagements with MSME customers are not defined with fine boundaries. One service may take us into another and another and so on. And we become lifelong service providers / partners in some cases. This engagement process itself is a challenge and an opportunity as well to every Project Manager. Their role begins with assessing the needs and then designing the project itself.   17. We preserve the confidentiality of projects; we resort to revealing info to only those members if we find it could affect them on recommendation by the Governing Body
  18. An Exit Policy will be put in place for members as per Governing Body Recommendations.
We take inputs from our members and fine tune Work Ethic half-yearly.

Publish Case Studies - Case studies are generally brought out at the end of every project / product development to build our Knowledge Repository.

Conduct Meetings - We conduct offline and online meetings regularly to stay in touch with members and to conduct implementation reviews. Meeting participants are sent action points later for progress review later on.

Moderate Forums - We engage members actively through discussion topics. We also participate in other forums enthusiastically. Myriad Stars Groups are present in two of the largest social media platforms for friends and professionals.
